Andy makes every part of this the Rentabilities system happen from front to back end. So don't bother him when he's got his headphones on. He's in the code cave. You can occasionally grab him for a game of ping pong. But expect to be demolished.

The man below the deck in charge of keepin' the boat and crew afloat. The good ship Rentabilities is a massive ol' gal that requires constant upkeep to ensure smooth sailin', and Andy's the man fer the job. Don't try to interrupt him when he's got his good eye set on a goal, though (just ask Captain Cook how he got that hook).
Every crew needs that one mate who's quick with merry seaside tune and can keep you entertained with tales from his old swashbuckling days ("This one time, in the Caribbean..."). Phil is that little bit of black aged rum in your morning grog, proof that pirates aren't all peg-legs and scurvy.
